\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa en Mendoza?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Por supuesto, el Covid-19 nos sorprendi\u00f3 a nosotros y a todo el mundo. A finales de febrero vimos que la pandemia tambi\u00e9n nos afectar\u00eda a nosotros, pero a\u00fan no sab\u00edamos en qu\u00e9 medida, ya que la ONWTO<\/a> segu\u00eda diciendo que viajar no ser\u00eda un problema. Probablemente a\u00fan era demasiado pronto para ver que est\u00e1bamos entrando en la pandemia m\u00e1s salvaje del siglo. En ese contexto, antes que cualquier decisi\u00f3n gubernamental, decidimos inmediatamente enviar a nuestro equipo a todo el mundo, y seguir trabajando con seguridad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En marzo se cancelaron en cadena todas las reservas pendientes para el resto del 1er semestre de 2020. Pasamos de estar en una temporada r\u00e9cord a no tener ning\u00fan pasajero. Cr\u00e9anme, fue realmente triste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 tenemos que hacer ahora?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Esa fue la primera pregunta que nos hicimos. Tardamos alg\u00fan tiempo en comprender la situaci\u00f3n real. \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo viaje<\/a> \u00bfEmpezar de nuevo? \u00bfEn un par de meses? \u00bfEl a\u00f1o que viene? \u00bfC\u00f3mo sobrevivir\u00edamos mientras esperamos? Muchas preguntas, pero ninguna respuesta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo primero que vimos claro es que ten\u00edamos que mantener unido a nuestro equipo. Fijamos dos reuniones de equipo semanales para mantenernos unidos, permanecer juntos y seguir adelante con esta extra\u00f1a \u00e9poca cuidando del enorme grupo que somos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eso trajo a SAK grandes resultados. Por primera vez pudimos abrir nuestras mentes, aportar nuevas ideas e introducir en la organizaci\u00f3n un poco de lo que cada uno desea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hagamos una transformaci\u00f3n profunda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Propusimos a nuestro equipo desarrollar un periodo de transformaci\u00f3n y empezar a analizar todos los procesos que realizamos para atender a nuestros hu\u00e9spedes. Decidimos pasar de ser una empresa bien organizada a una empresa de viajes profesionalmente organizada. Decidimos profundizar en la proceso de sostenibilidad<\/a> que abrimos el a\u00f1o pasado en 2019 y avanzar todo lo que podamos. Muy pronto tendremos noticias sobre todo esto. Esperamos pronto poder contaros m\u00e1s sobre esto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo m\u00e1s importante para nosotros es que nuestros pasajeros y socios sepan que estamos trabajando m\u00e1s que nunca. Cuando estemos de vuelta, seremos mejores, nuestros excursi\u00f3n de vino!<\/a> ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s seguro y estaremos haciendo cosas buenas para mantener el planeta limpio y m\u00e1s natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
