We will visit Diamandes Winery, in the heart of the Uco Valley, where we will blend regional ingredients in an Argentinean cooking class at the foot of the majestic Andes Mountains.

The pictures village of Vista Flores, in the department of Tunuyán, is located 100 km from the city of Mendoza. This place, surrounded by impressive mountains, is known for the large number of wineries that choose this area to produce quality wines. 

Early in the morning, our driver will pick you up at your accommodation. During the trip we will learn about the wine and gastronomic history of Mendoza. Upon arrival at our destination we will be greeted with an exquisite welcome wine and visit the winery. We will be amazed with its architectural richness, the spectacular scenery provided by the Cordillera and the technology applied to the production of high-end wines. Afterwards, we will go to the vegetable garden to select the natural ingredients that will give a fresh flavor to our dishes. 

At DIAM’S, the winery’s boutique restaurant, we will be welcomed by Diamandes’ signature chef and he will tell us the steps to follow to start our class. We will create a special menu, according to the time of the year, which we will pair perfectly with the winery’s premium wines.

In each step we will use regional products that will highlight the flavors of the cuisine of our country. With a French touch we will give the necessary originality to generate unique sensations in dishes that fuse vegetables, meats, condiments and fresh fruits of the area. Finally, we will pay attention to the art of the table and we will serve our dishes in signature tableware. 

During 2 hours we will enjoy an integral and innovative culinary experience. We will learn the chef’s techniques and secrets, and we will taste quality wines paired with our own dishes.

Bring your cell phone charger because you will film the elaboration of all the dishes and the chef’s tips.
