In recent years, the Uco Valley has become a place of worship for those seeking the best expressions of winemaking. Its name already resonates in the most prestigious places and travels the world inscribed on award-winning labels.

Uco is home to a perfect ecosystem for growing wines of great character: high altitude lands, alluvial soils, low rainfall and high thermal amplitude. When it comes to whites, the preferred grape varieties to grow in the valley are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. As for the reds, we find mostly Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. 

In addition to its privileged geography, there is also a harmonious concept of avant-garde architecture: each of its wineries completes its identity through beautiful and sustainable buildings, which give new meaning to the winemaking process.

On our tour we will visit three different and renowned vinícolas. Guided by experts who know the secrets of this fascinating world, at the first two wineries we will walk through the vineyards, impeccable production and packaging rooms, sophisticated laboratories and beautiful aging rooms, to finish our visit knowing step by step how to taste award-winning bottles.

To end this exclusive day, we will enjoy a lunch at the third winery designed by renowned chefs, where the combination of flavors and wines will be the starting point to activate your senses.
