Itinerary

Upon arrival in Mendoza, we will meet you at the airport or bus station and transfer you to your selected hotel, allowing time to rest and settle in. In the evening, the experience continues with a night visit to two emblematic wineries in Luján de Cuyo, where wine, architecture, and atmosphere come together after sunset. Guided tastings introduce the region’s signature styles, followed by a refined wine-paired dinner that sets the tone for an immersive food and wine journey through Mendoza.
On the second day of your trip, we invite you to participate in a magnificent cooking class at one of the most outstanding wineries in the region. Guided by a friendly and knowledgeable chef, we will explore local gastronomic techniques and use local ingredients to learn how to cook traditional Argentine dishes. Wine pairing with various varieties will be an essential part of this experience. At the end of the class, we will delight ourselves with a lunch prepared with what we have cooked during the day.
On this day you will visit Maipú, the first olive and wine-growing area of Mendoza, where the fascinating universe of olive oil is born. Surrounded by landscapes of centuries-old vineyards and olive groves, we will explore outstanding olive oil factories accompanied by expert guides. During the visit, we will experience various production techniques and learn how to taste oils from different varieties of olive trees. The experience will culminate with a regional lunch, paired with the best local wines.
According to the scheduled departure time, you will be transferred to the airport or bus station.
