City of San Rafael and Borges Labyrinth tour from San Rafael
In the afternoon, we will begin an excursion that invites us to discover the soul of San Rafael. We will stroll under leafy trees, along wide sidewalks, irrigation ditches, and pristine squares that create an urban landscape where history and modernity coexist in perfect harmony. As we make our way through its streets, we will feel the pulse of a vibrant and well-kept city, and we might even find ourselves thinking: “I could live here!”.
We will visit iconic landmarks such as the imposing San Rafael Archangel Cathedral, the traditional Plaza San Martín, the expansive Parque Hipólito Yrigoyen, and Plaza Francia, each with its own character and stories that reflect the local essence. The experience will culminate at the Borges Labyrinth, a monumental work created in homage to the great Argentine writer. As we walk its green pathways, we will step into his world of symbols and metaphors, and from the viewpoint, we will admire the full figure of the labyrinth, inspired by the journeys and passions that marked his life.
At SAK Wine & Travel, we believe every journey is an opportunity to care for the places we visit. That’s why, in all our excursions, we promote responsible tourism practices, minimizing environmental impact and fostering respect for the natural and cultural heritage around us.

What do you need for this tour?
Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
- Small backpack.
- Extra mineral water.
- Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
- Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.
Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
