Cooking class at Bodega Lamadrid Winery in Luján de Cuyo
Get ready for a unique gastronomic experience at Bodega Lamadrid! Surrounded by vineyards, you’ll discover the secrets of fire and grilled meats with the guidance of an expert chef. Before we begin, we’ll tour the winery to learn about its history, visit the barrel room, and taste its exclusive wines. Then, at Resto Los Bocheros, we’ll put on our aprons to prepare empanadas, homemade bread, and, most importantly, an authentic Argentine asado, mastering traditional cuts and techniques to achieve the perfect cook.
With glowing embers and mouthwatering aromas, the chef will guide us through the art of fire management and grilling juicy, flavorful meats. The experience includes a winery visit, cooking class, and lunch in a cozy setting. At SAK Wine & Travel, we promote sustainable tourism that protects Mendoza’s natural resources.

Itinerary

What do you need for this tour?
Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
- Small backpack.
- Extra mineral water.
- Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
- Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.
Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
