“Taste of Argentina” Cooking Class – La Cabrera Restaurant | Mendoza City
In this gastronomic experience in Mendoza, you’ll learn how to prepare some of Argentina’s most iconic dishes at the renowned La Cabrera restaurant. Guided by the instructor, you’ll make homemade bread from scratch, beef empanadas with traditional dough and filling, and chimichurri, while discovering the techniques and flavors that define Argentine cuisine. The experience is completed with an introduction to grilling techniques for meat, all in a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.
At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy a dinner featuring the dishes you prepared, accompanied by one bottle of wine per two people. Itinerary

What do you need for this tour?
Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
- Small backpack.
- Extra mineral water.
- Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
- Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.
Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
