Full Tasting experience: Oliviculture + Distillates + Wines
In this tour you will have the chance to taste different local flavors that will stimulate your senses to the fullest. We will visit the main wine regions of Mendoza to know the best of its wines, taste the typical olive oils and visit a spirits distillery with a unique history.
We will start in the renowned area of Maipú, home to hundreds of vineyards and olive groves and optimal climatic conditions for the development of natural agriculture. The desert climate and its thermal amplitude favor the production of the local variety of olive oil known as “Arauco”. There we will visit an olive oil factory and learn about its production process and the techniques used to distinguish a good olive oil.
Once the visit is over, we will move to a distillery with a fascinating history. Located in Luján de Cuyo is Hilbing Franke. This distillery is known for its commitment to quality and rigorously follows the guidelines of the American Craft Distillers Association. It uses 100% copper stills, manufactured and designed in Germany, especially for the distillation of ultra premium quality spirits. This technology, combined with the experience of Master Distiller Rolando Hilbing, gives its beverages an elegance, smoothness and distinction that place them among the best in the world.
We will finish our tour with a gourmet lunch at a prestigious winery in the region, where we will taste an exquisite gourmet lunch, discovering the exciting relationship between beverages and high-level flavors.
