Itinerary

Upon arrival in Mendoza, we will meet you at the bus station or airport and transfer you to your selected hotel. In the afternoon, we’ll head to Mendoza City or Luján de Cuyo to visit two emblematic wineries. Accompanied by expert hosts, you’ll tour vineyards and cellars, enjoy guided tastings of award-winning wines, and learn about different winemaking styles and architectural concepts. As the sun sets, the experience concludes with an exclusive wine-paired dinner before returning you to your accommodation.
Start the second day of your trip with a very special excursion. On this day we will learn how to cook tasty regional dishes and share a unique moment in the restaurant of a renowned winery. We will pick you up at your hotel early in the morning and, upon arrival, we will put on our aprons to hear from the host chef the best techniques for cooking empanadas, "tortitas" from Mendoza, country bread and other local flavors that will be a delight for your palate. Throughout the class we will be accompanied by exquisite varietals that we will be tasting along with each preparation and at the end of the class we will enjoy a great lunch made with everything we cooked!
Today will be a day of adventure! Accompanied by authentic local gauchos and all the necessary riding equipment, we will ride through the trails of the Mendocino foothills. The slow pace of these noble animals will allow us to connect with the native flora and fauna, admire the breathtaking scenery and feel the fresh mountain wind. On the way back, we will share an authentic Argentine asado with the best wine of the region.
According to your departure time, we will transfer you to the airport or bus station to end this unforgettable journey through the highlights of Mendoza.

What do you need for this tour?

Essential items

We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:

  • Small backpack.
  • Extra mineral water.
  • Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
  • Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.

Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.

Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
