In the renowned area of Maipú, home to hundreds of vineyards and olive groves with exclusive views of the Andes Mountains, there are optimal climatic conditions for the development of natural agriculture.

This experience in renowned olive factories in the area will introduce us to the exciting world of varietals, where innovation and the search for the best expression of the soil will be reflected in this guided tour through each of the production processes.

We will begin by visiting two olive plantations, where the Arauco variety stands out, recognized worldwide for its exceptional characteristics of great freshness, a green profile and intense fruitiness. 

Here we will be able to learn all about the best olive oil, through a complete tasting that will leave our palate immersed in a feast of flavors. Different varieties of oils, in their various presentations, will allow us to appreciate the differences between virgin and extra virgin oil and their different ways of pairing. 

Our tour will continue through the vineyards of a world renowned winery. We will learn about the production areas as well as the particularities of the different soils that give identity to each blend. Then it will be time to participate in a tasting, where we will be able to taste the different varietals that stand out in Mendoza and the world.

But no experience will be complete without sharing and enjoying lunch, where we will be able to pair exquisite gourmet dishes from our chefs with all the flavors enjoyed in the tastings.
