Private tour to the high Andes up to Aconcagua viewpoint
Embark on a unique journey to the heart of the Andes Mountain Range, where you’ll discover breathtaking landscapes, mountain villages, and the majestic presence of Aconcagua. Just a few hours from the city, the scenery shifts from vineyards and groves to towering snow-capped peaks. Along the way, you’ll pass through Cacheuta with its thermal waters, Villa Potrerillos with views of the dam, and Uspallata, where you’ll enjoy its rich history. You’ll also visit the Puente del Inca, a stunning geological formation and UNESCO World Heritage site.
In Aconcagua Provincial Park, you’ll have the chance to observe native flora and fauna while marveling at the imposing 6,962-meter mountain. From the viewpoint, you’ll see the west face, known as the “Normal Route” for climbers. After taking in the landscapes and fresh mountain air, we’ll wrap up with a delicious traditional lunch in Uspallata before returning to the city. By joining this experience, you’re contributing to our sustainable philosophy, promoting water conservation in Mendoza.

Itinerary

What do you need for this tour?
Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
- Small backpack.
- Extra mineral water.
- Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
- Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.
Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
