You will discover the innovative world of sparkling wines through this experience along the wine roads. We will visit three internationally recognized wineries, where we will be able to see from the inside different winemaking methods in this excursion through the heart of Mendoza’s wine-growing region.

In the renowned area of Maipú and Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo) are some of the vineyards where the best grapes are extracted for high quality winemaking. With an exquisite view of the Andes Mountains, we will learn about different forms of production, mainly Champenoise and Charmat. We will also see how the experienced winemakers have been working with passion and excellence in the production of Premium sparkling wines for several decades.

This tour, with an approximate duration of seven hours, will teach us all about an activity that has been growing by leaps and bounds in Mendoza. We will learn about yeast, fermentation and bottling. On the other hand, if we are lucky, the winemakers will teach us all about the spirit of the different sparkling wines. Their aromas, notes and bubbles are some of the aspects we will learn to recognize.

This is an excursion that will not only show us the magic of sparkling wines, but will also teach us the ancestral art of the different production methods that are so much talked about around the world.

Finally, we will have a delicious gourmet lunch, where we will be able to combine the best flavors of Mendoza’s cuisine with all that we have learned in this exclusive visit to three wineries.
