You will discover the innovative world of sparkling wines through this experience along the wine roads. We will visit some of the internationally recognized wineries, where we will experience different winemaking methods from the inside, in this excursion through the heart of Mendoza’s wine-growing region.
In the renowned area of Maipú and Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo) are some of the vineyards where the best grapes are extracted for high quality winemaking. With an exquisite view of the Andes Mountains, we will visit outstanding wineries, which for several decades have been dedicated with passion and excellence to the production of Premium sparkling wines.
This tour of two wineries will undoubtedly serve to understand all about the different forms of production. On the one hand, we will visit an industrialized winery, with its large-scale machinery and world-renowned production techniques. Then we will be able to appreciate the magic and dedication of a boutique winery, which will allow us to see in detail each step of its most intimate elaboration.
Our host guides will teach us all about the spirit of the different sparkling wines. Their aromas, notes and bubbles are some of the aspects we will learn to identify in this experience. An experience designed so that we can recognize from the inside the work and excellence of the wineries that are responsible for producing high quality sparkling wines.
