Get ready for an experience full of flavors where you can learn and enjoy playing! We will delight ourselves with an original “Blending Game” in the exclusive cellar of wineries specially selected for the occasion.

We will visit the First Wine Zone of Mendoza, where residential and agricultural areas coexist. You will be amazed by its streets of endless groves, the irrigation ditches that water the vineyards and its imposing mountain scenery.

We will start the day early in order to live a unique experience. Early in the morning, a Sak driver will pick you up at your accommodation. One of our guides will take you through this path of flavors, aromas and typical sensations of Mendoza. Upon arrival at the winery we will be greeted by the host sommelier with featured varietals to inspire us and focus on the game that begins. We will listen to some history of the winery until we reach the aging room where we will be able to taste exclusive wines straight from the barrel.

Then it will be time to settle into the cellar. It will be time to put our senses at the disposal of the tasting and connect with what we like most about each varietal. An oenologist in charge of accompanying us during the game will give us cards so that we can describe the characteristics of each blend. After tasting different varietals, we will be ready to describe the sensations perceived during the tasting. As the game progresses, a cheese board will help us to highlight the virtues of each red wine with perfect pairings for the palate and the senses.

Now it’s time to create a new blend, mixing the percentages that you prefer and that most identify you until you express your ideal wine. In this practice you will be able to feel like an oenologist, besides naming the wine, designing the label and closing your own bottle.

Between relaxed chats and the task completed, it will be time for the final tasting of our blend, which will try to tell your own story with the world of wine and Mendoza.

After finishing the tasting we will sit at one of the tables near the beautiful gardens of the winery, where we will enjoy an exquisite gourmet lunch with the best varietals, and of course, with your own wine.

Then we will happily return to our lodging. Discovering new flavors and sharing what we have learned will make the Blending Game unique. Going back home full of experiences and enjoyment, there are only winners in this game, so get ready to learn about wine in a fun way!
