Yoga for wine lovers
Combining relaxation and wine is possible in this unique yoga experience. In the heart of Mendoza’s renowned winemaking region, we will visit exclusive wineries with breathtaking views of the Andes. Among vineyards and gardens, we will connect body and mind through a guided yoga session, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.
A sommelier will introduce us to the terroir and its wines with a special barrel tasting before our yoga practice. Led by an experienced instructor, we will immerse ourselves in postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises. To conclude, we will savor a delicious brunch or lunch in the winery’s gardens. At SAK Wine & Travel, we promote sustainable tourism and the responsible use of water in Mendoza.

Itinerary

What do you need for this tour?
Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
- Small backpack.
- Extra mineral water.
- Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
- Special clothing: comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather forecast and footwear suitable for the activity.
Safety tips: Inform the guide or driver about any illness, allergy or physical restriction. Remember to bring your medication and administration instructions.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
