Day 1 – Welcome to Mendoza

Upon your arrival in Mendoza, our team will meet you at the bus station or airport and take you to the Diplomatic Hotel.

Its actions include the use of solar energy, water efficiency, bioclimatic architecture, recycling, planting native flora, waste management and local food production. It collaborates with institutions in sustainable projects and supports the local community, integrating people with barriers to employment and purchasing from local producers.
*We carry out sustainable practices in our transfers, such as regular vehicle maintenance, ensuring that tires are properly inflated, and adopting fuel-efficient driving to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. In addition, we optimize routes to avoid traffic and reduce the distance traveled, and we turn off the engine during long stops.

Walking around Mendoza City
In the afternoon, we invite you to discover the city of Mendoza on foot, together with expert guides in sustainable tourism. You will learn about the history and culture of water in our province and how, thanks to man’s administration, canals and irrigation ditches run through the city to turn this desert into an oasis.
*Walking has low environmental impact due to the absence of carbon emissions and minimal energy consumption, while promoting health and connection with the environment. This form of transportation is energy efficient and reduces air pollution, as well as encouraging an active lifestyle and a greater appreciation of the environment.
Day 2 – Wine Excursion in Luján de Cuyo or Maipú Wineries
On the second day of your trip, we will explore the wine essence of Mendoza with a visit to two emblematic wineries that stand out for their commitment to sustainability. We will visit Bodega Trivento, Bodega Lagarde or Bodega Dolium; three unique options if we talk about combining excellence in wines with responsible practices with the community and its environment. At noon, you will enjoy a gourmet lunch made with local and organic ingredients, paired with the best labels of the region.

Through initiatives such as the implementation of drip irrigation, the reduction of carbon emissions and social investment programs, the winery demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and the care of the planet for future generations.
*Bodega Lagarde: Lagarde, committed to sustainability since its inception, promotes respect for people, the community and the environment. With practices such as organic crops and products, sustainable certifications and local education and development actions, the winery demonstrates its commitment to caring for the land and its people. Its restaurant Zonda has a Michelin star for its cuisine and another (Green Star) for its environmental and social responsibility.
*Bodega Dolium: Dolium, as a System B certified company, promotes a new business approach that combines the market with effective social and environmental actions. With practices such as low energy consumption, waste management and promotion of “responsible tasting”, the subway winery emphasizes sustainability and business transparency.
Day 3 – Free Day + Dinner (Optional Country Day)
Take advantage of the day to relax or explore Mendoza at your own pace. You can opt for additional activities that respect the philosophy of sustainable tourism, such as visits to natural parks or local handicraft workshops.
Optional Country Day in Estancia San Ignacio
In this tour we offer you a day in the countryside at Estancia San Ignacio, located 16 km from Mendoza in the Precordillera of the Andes, where we learn about regenerative tourism and local biodiversity. With activities such as horseback riding or trekking, you will be able to see native fauna and flora and enjoy a Creole lunch with salads from the organic garden and wines from Mendoza.
Dinner at Centauro Restaurant*
To end the day, you will enjoy dinner at a restaurant known for its focus on sustainable cuisine and use of regional and organic products. Each dish will be a celebration of the authentic flavors of Mendoza, prepared with a commitment to supporting local producers and maintaining environmentally friendly gastronomic practices.

Day 4 – Farewell to Mendoza
Depending on your departure time, our driver and guide will take you to the airport or bus station.
