Visiting two wineries in Chacras de Coria and doing it by bicycle is undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable experiences in Mendoza. This sustainable transportation and its blood traction will take us through old country houses and its traditional groves, where we will be able to observe how the vineyards and the well-known residential area merge to give us a unique postcard.
The trip will begin with a brief introduction by the guide, where we will learn about the safety elements that will accompany us during the ride. Once we have our helmets and bikes, it will be time to start pedaling.
At your own pace, during a 4/5 hour tour through the imposing rural landscapes of Chacras de Coria and Vistalba, we will learn about the functions of the irrigation ditches, the canals and their connection with the Inca Trail. As we go through the picturesque streets, we will be able to connect with some of the typical customs of the area and the different irrigation systems. In this experience we will visit two different wineries, each one with its own particularity when it comes to making wine, so we can understand the differences between an industrialized winery and a boutique one.
When this tour ends, you will be able to understand the different ways of making wine. It will be normal for you to feel passion for Mendoza
At SAK Wine & Travel, we strive to ensure that our journeys have the least possible negative impact on the communities that call Mendoza and its surroundings home. Through various initiatives, we help protect water—an essential resource for our province. By traveling with us, you become part of our commitment to sustainability.
