Kaiken Winery, founded in 2001 by Chilean winemaker Aurelio Montes, is located in the prestigious wine region of Mendoza, Luján de Cuyo. The winery is named after “Caiquén”, a migratory bird that symbolizes the connection between Chile and Argentina. Kaiken specializes in the production of high quality red and white wines, using a variety of grapes such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Bonarda, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Its winemaking philosophy focuses on reflecting the authenticity of the terroir and respecting the identity of each grape variety. In addition, the winery is concerned with sustainability in its production process and is recognized for its quality and influence both locally and internationally.
