Mendoza wine country
The Uco Valley is Mendoza's high-altitude wine region: vineyards between 900 and 1,500 metres, a wall of Andes peaks on one side and some of the most striking wineries in South America. It is split into three departments, Tupungato in the north and Tunuyán and San Carlos in the south, 80 to 130 km from Mendoza City.
Because of the distance, a day in Uco is planned around one area. Here are the 18 Uco Valley wineries we work with, grouped by area. To book, our Uco Valley wine tours page has every route, with lunch included.
