Casa de Uco Winery

Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Resort is a boutique hotel set among the vines in Tunuyán, in the heart of the Uco Valley, with its own winery and open views of the Andes. The estate sits on Ruta 94, along the road to the Manzano Histórico, in one of the highest and most celebrated wine regions of Mendoza.
The Uco Valley is known for its high altitude vineyards at the foot of the Andes, where sunny days and cool nights shape fresh, elegant wines. Casa de Uco is a calm and scenic place to experience that landscape up close.

The winery visit

Visits begin with a walk through the vineyard. A host guides you through the plots and explains the grape varieties and the soils that give each wine its character, with the mountains as a backdrop.
The walk continues at the winery with a tasting, so you can try the wines while connecting what you saw in the vines with what you have in the glass. Winery visits are booked in advance.

Lunch at the restaurant

The restaurant follows a farm to table approach. Dishes change with the seasons and are made with local ingredients, most of them organic, sourced from nearby producers. The menu is updated each season, so what you eat reflects the time of year and the Uco Valley harvest.
Tables are booked in advance, which is especially worth doing in high season. If you want to combine lunch and a tasting, tell us when you plan your day and we will take care of the timing.
