Bodega Iaccarini has been making wine in Las Paredes, San Rafael, since 1903, and today reaches more than sixteen countries. It is one of the few wineries in the south of Mendoza that brings the cellar, lodging over the vineyards and a chef-led kitchen together on a single estate.
What sets it apart is La Botte: a dining room built inside an oak cask, in the middle of the barrel room. It is booked in advance, and it is the reason many travellers drive out to Las Paredes even though there are wineries closer to town.
The estate stands at the corner of Iaccarini and Don Nicasio streets, a short drive from the centre of San Rafael.
